You may submit a job to directly to our on-site FTP server, via e-mail or have us pickup your job at your office.

Customers of The Copy Machine, Inc. placing orders of $100 or more will receive free pickup and delivery in the downtown Seattle area.

Orders less than $100 will be charged a nominal fee. Just call to schedule a pickup of your next job at 206-622-3738.

PICKUP

FTP is the Internet protocol for transferring files between computers. If you have Internet Explorer 5.0, you can transfer files to our FTP server using your browser. Otherwise, you may download an FTP client which will allow you to transfer files over the Internet. If you would like to submit a form before sending us your file, click here. Otherwise, click here for instructions to send us a file via FTP.

To transfer a file to us via e-mail, simply attach your file to an e-mail and send it to us at submitjob@copymachine.net. If you do not receive a response from us within 24 hours, give us a call. For rush orders, please call. (Please note that your e-mail provider may limit the size of your e-mail attachments. For files greater than 15 MB, please use FTP.
